Sisu’s Tonalin CLA is a dietary supplement for weight loss whose active ingredient is Conjugated Linoleic Acid. According to the manufacturer, CLA has been proven to promote weight loss by reducing fat, increasing lean muscle gain, and increasing energy. It is claimed that in combination with a healthy diet and physical activity, this product can help to jumpstart your weight loss and result in a modest reduction of body fat. Tonalin CLA is standardized to contain 72 – 82% conjugated linoleic acid, providing a high potency of this fatty acid that supports fat loss and muscle gain.
Formula
Sisu’s Tonalin CLA contains the following in each softgel capsule contains 1000 mg of CLA from 1250mg of Tonalin CLA-rich safflower oil.
This product also contains natural caramel color, gelatin, glycerin, and purified water. This product does not contain dairy, wheat, corn, soy or peanuts.
Directions
The manufacturer recommends taking 1 softgel capsule 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. The manufacturer does not indicate whether or not each softgel capsule should be taken with a meal. This product should be taken for at least one month to begin seeing results.

This product is not available directly for purchase on the manufacturer’s website. Sisu does provide a list of stores in which you can purchase their products both online in in-store, but all stores are in Canada. We had a difficult time navigating the online stores their listed, as many of them do not carry this specific product. We did find one store that carries Tonalin CLA, and at the time of writing was on sale for $29.98 (originally $36.48), not including shipping and handling.
